We want you to love your Meshki pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition with tags attached. Please note that all returns are processed for store credit or exchange unless the item is deemed faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene seals intact before placing them in secure packaging.
Download and Attach Label
Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to your local carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your store credit will be issued once our warehouse team has inspected the items.
